INSURANCE AND BILLING - Lynn takes care of all of your
insurance and billing questions. She looks forward to making
your time with us as simple and efficient as possible. If there are questions you have about insurance, you can email her at lsmith@northstate.net.
PATIENT CARE - Debra, one of our optometric technicians, does extensive pre and post testing so that our doctors are equipped with as much information as possible to care for you.
FRONT DESK - Penny is the smile that will greet you at the door and the voice that will greet you on the phone. She will be glad to make an appointment for you or answer any questions you might have.
CHECK OUT - Christine will be glad to assist you at the end of your exam by processing your insurance and scheduling any follow up appointments you might have.
CHECK IN - Candie recently joined Jicha Eye Care. She will be glad to gather in all of the necessary information for your visit as well as schedule any future appointments that you might need.
Frames Stylists - Our stylists will make every effort to fit you in eyewear that will match your lifestyle and taste. They can also help you find a great looking pair of sunglasses.
OPTICIAN - Tom is a licensed optician with over 20 years of experience. He and his staff have a vast knowledge of frames, lenses, and coatings. They look forward to serving you.
