Dear Valued Patient,

It recently came to our attention that all State Employees in the High Point, Archdale, Thomasville area will no longer have vision benefits through their BCBS health coverage (if you are not a State Employee or if you have acquired new coverage, please forgive and disregard this letter).

In consideration of your ocular and financial heath, we would like to offer discounts on both eye examinations and optical purchases. If you are a State Employee who no longer has vision coverage, we will be offering a 30% discount on all optical purchases (excluding contact lenses). All comprehensive eye exams will be $65 (excluding photos and contact lens fittings).
